That infographic is pretty awkward. The colon punctuation is wrong: it should be "step 1:" instead of "step: 1". "Boiling all water" should be "Boil all water". The instruction to boil for at least 3 minutes is inconsistent with the actual notice text, which says 2 minutes. And step 3 and 4 are not actually steps in the procedure, but examples of cases where it is easy to forget to boil water. (For a second there I was wondering how and why I would send my boiled water through the chilled water line of a refrigerator...)
