- quantified 4y agoAh, the "money made is his social worth" argument for why he's better than you. Bernie Madoff, Jeff Skilling and SBF are of higher social worth than the writer of this piece too then. Although stock prices are more about market forces. Dude's really ranting about what a handful of Twittizens are saying about Musk. And yet 4% reliably believe in the lizard people. Why would anyone get worked up about either Musk, his fans or his detractors?
- infamouscow 4y agoTwitter is a serious threat to the power, control, and influence the legacy media have held in society until recently. What we're witnessing is the death throes of the the very organizations whose job it was to report on what's going on. These organizations have completely failed. New players entered the market to fill the void and it's reflected in the rapid decline of the legacy players. If you reframe it through that lens, everything makes perfect sense.

- timonoko 4y agoJolly Heretic and Spiteful Mutants: Thanks to modern medicine, we now have a dominant genetic furcation, which is evolutionary dead end. It is also suicidal, because it cannot survive by just redefining intelligence, beauty, sexuality, diligence and whatever is needed for long-time survival.
