The point is that journalists formed this whole story from a tweet. Elon probably spent less than 15 seconds thinking about it before he threw that tweet out. The journalists that treat this like a real story are insanely gullible.
- drewbeck 4y agoWell your first point was that he’s joking but now the point is that he didn’t think it through and the journalists are “gullible” I agree articles like this based on a tweet are bad, but your reasoning here keeps shifting. This is pretty common imo for folks who are pro Elon. I’m curious if you think there’s any context where what he says or tweets should be taken literally?
