Thinking about taking your computer to the repair shop? Be afraid
- gjsman-1000 4y agoAds Technica, for me, has gone off the deep end. Everything is “be afraid,” from repair shops to constant coverage of COVID variants. And for a repair shop, what else am I supposed to do? Ars, you align yourself with right-to-repair, then say don’t take anything to be repaired, “be afraid.” Does that seem like a contradiction? That and their comments section being overrun with some of the most intolerant people I have ever had the displeasure of reading… it’s like the worst of Twitter hot takes over there.
