Normally with union done right, you would have voice in management. Problem is all you see is non-working unions ( union busting etc also from sibling comments)

Normally with union done right, you would have voice in management. Problem is all you see is non-working unions ( union busting etc also from sibling comments) Thats why I commented union done good from the beginning.
