Let’s assume your 90% is accurate. How many of them were addicts when they started being homeless? Homeless culture lends itself to destructive habits because you’ve got nothing left to lose.
- WalterBright 4y agoWhen you get addicted to drugs, you lose your job, your friends, and your family. And wind up homeless. I've seen it happen. When "60 Minutes" did a segment on the video I cited, they wanted to prove it wrong. They came out to Seattle to interview homeless. They couldn't find one who didn't become homeless after getting addicted to drugs or alcohol.
