Honda files trademark for electric ‘Motocompacto,’ likely tiny e-motorcycle
- brad0 4y agoI would love to have a compact motorbike. I have an e-bike right now I use for my daily 5 mile commute. The e-bike goes up to 25mph but the acceleration is poor, due to the 750W (1hp) motor. My dream commuter is a dual suspension, 2-3kW motor, under 150lb, and detachable battery. I’ve been tempted to build my own if the parts were easy to find.
- qbrass 4y agoI'm surprised they haven't done this sooner. The original Motocompo has a pretty big following, and an electric version seems like an obvious progression.
