Without adding another comment about syntax or language specifics, I just like that you can get shit done and stay sane. I have fewer bugs in Go because it's easy to read and because adding unit tests is easy. Deployment is simple because it compiles to a single binary. I don't need to mess with libraries too much because the standard library is almost all I could have asked for. I can show code to other devs, and they understand it even if they don't know the language. What I don't like is that Rust is also very intriguing to me :D
