Please help me understand. NEVs are road-worthy but not all-roads-worthy? Is there any law against NEVs in heavily trafficked roads? If not, it's left to common sense?
- nephanth 4y agoIn France they're banned from highways, but legal on most other roads. In practice though, since they're limited to 45 km/h, people avoid driving them on anything way faster than that
