Is there an equivalent to Amazon’s “leadership principals” at Musk Co? Is there a core cultural skill set that Musk CO’s have that a re replicable across industries? (Aside from worker exploitation and ignoring safety regulations)
I mean there seem to be some core principals around transparent pricing and design, are these codified anywhere?

It works great if your underlings are good at figuring out how to gently correct your ideas with prior knowledge and make you think it was all you.
