Being from Europe. Where they have those tiny <45kph cars for which you don't need a license, thanks but no thanks. People don't get these because they want to. They get them because they cannot get a full license. So now you're on a road with a 90kph speed limit and this guy pulls in front of you. Maxing out at 45.
