So the claim is not only that Russia killed their own citizens, but that ostensibly they weren't even involved in sabotage?
I could see this going a number of different ways. This group could've been enthusiastic fans of the STALKER series, as well as airsoft/milsim players, as my friends and I were growing up. They could've been mistaken by the state as saboteurs. They could've also _been_ saboteurs without understanding the reality of the danger and unlikelihood of success. They could've also _understood_ the danger, and chosen to take the risk, given their principles and understanding of the war going on.
The "thread" is lacking information, but given the average age of airsoft enthusiasts, I find it unlikely they fully comprehended the potential consequences, assuming they were saboteurs at all. This is sad.
