So should the lawsuit include the NFL? These aired during the super bowl. Maybe the network? Where does the responsibility stop? I don't see much of a case unless plantants can prove the defendants were aware of the fraud. This seems unlikely.

Agreed. I think the lawsuit is dumb, but if you're going to sue the actors you need to sue NBC as well.
