- sn0w_crash 4y agoWhy would Twitter be booted?

- voganmother42 4y agoModerators are standing by to moderate if twitter is not sufficiently moderated. Mode: Rated Id be super curious to know how much of the twitter usage is via the app vs a browser anyways… Musk needs to do a browser too, laser focus
- TheLoafOfBread 4y agoMusk is so laser focused that he is turning into a bolide

- mikkergp 4y agoHere’s the impression I’m getting. Elon Musk has an idea to save the world. Get 80% of the people in the world to be payment verified, allow full freedom of speech, everyone will be happy. Interestingly he very quickly seems to be pivoting more and more to, wow, people don’t want what I want, _they_ must be wrong. I’ll build a product for the people who support me, and this seems to be a part of that and not a general competitor. It’s interesting to me how quickly he is giving up and not even trying.
- sn0w_crash 4y agoWhat makes you think people don’t want the current version of Twitter? DAUs at an ATH, it’s in the news cycle non stop, and there’s actual hype/momentum for the first time in years. Is it because you see a few stunning and brave celebrities make the stunning and brave decision to announce they’re “leaving Twitter.”

- sn0w_crash 4y agoUpvoted Your other deleted message was kind, thank you
- mikkergp 4y agoYou’re honestly hard to respond to sometimes. You’re in all these threads I am, clearly think very differently than me and are clearly passionate about it. I’m never really sure if you’re open to a discussion or just asking rhetorical questions.

- al2o3cr 4y agoSeems TOTALLY plausible; who are we to argue with the guy who gave us cross-country fully-autonomous car summoning in 2018 and a manned mission to Mars in 2021? /s Oh wait, he _said_ he'd do those things ("2 years out" in 2016, and "10 years out" in 2011 respectively) and then didn't. It's almost like Apartheid Clyde is a serial bullshitter.
- xqcgrek2 4y agoHe should. It's absurd to me Apple still gets away with selling $1000 locked down phones that run glorified web apps, which could readily run on 5 year old hardware.
- Rebelgecko 4y agoIt's wild that people will put so much thought and analysis into someone's off the cuff tweets. I bet every person commenting in this thread has spent more time thinking about it than Musk himself has.
- BulgarianIdiot 4y agoI was on page 56 of my business strategy draft for ElonPhone's launch and you come in breaking the door and ruining my mood with this shit, man.
