Off-topic but is there any in-depth content that goes through why Apple Silicon is more efficient than the best x86-64 CPUs from AMD/Intel?
- bobleeswagger 4y agoApple was focused on efficiency (phones), Intel/AMD's focus was raw compute (servers). It's not in depth, but it's 99% of the why. The M1 is just a bigger, reworked A15.
