The headline is still accurate, as stopping SEC inquiry in crypto would have the same effect.

- AnimalMuppet 4y agoWould an inquiry in March have prevented the FTX mess? Maybe. It would have been good to at least give it the chance. But in the current situation, the headline reads like these 8 tried to stop an inquiry specifically into FTX after the collapse, which is totally not what happened.
