The 2 days of waiting beats the 6 hours I'll spend cursing why the 3d printer isn't printing "just right" later today to be able to wait 30 minutes for it to finally print out a handful of them.
- fnordpiglet 4y agoClearly not written by an engineer.
- bombcar 4y agoA true engineer orders the part and then immediately starts trying to build it.
- fnordpiglet 4y agoFair point.
- myself248 4y agoWell, well, well, if it isn't my unauthorized biography!
- kotaKat 4y agoNah, I have too many other ADHD projects on my brain to try to suddenly squeeze in "figure out the 3D printer again" ;)
- foxylad 4y agoYou need a Prusa. I started with an Anet A8 which taught me a lot about 3D printers (and even more about how they fail!). My Prusa Mini just works, and it's rare I need to reprint anything.
- dheera 4y agoI have a Prusa, it's great, except for when you need to replace something, I really wish they connectorized more stuff so that you could just swap out things in chunks. I had to replace my power supply and the wire mess sucked, I wish it were just a slide-in, "snap", plug connector and go. Replacing nozzle is a bit of an ordeal as well. Otherwise it's a great printer.
