The motivation of the purge was 100% political and cultural. Performance was the facade.
- A4ET8a8uTh0 4y agoSadly, that was often the case in corporate America. In practical sense, firing 'for cause' were often just finding an appropriate level of 'excuse' to not have to pay unemployment. I assume, this is a rather cynical way to cut additional costs.
