We have had this law in Norway for like 10 years. More women in the boards of the big companies, but it does not change anything. The women selected have the same background as the men they replace and think similar.
The biggest difference is that the people with most board positions are all women. Fewer women than men want to sit in these boards. Many women with 50+ board positions.
On the other hand, there is no justice when it comes to who get custody of children. Still 85% women, same as 30 years ago. Women get custody even if they are not fit to do the job.
