I recommend getting a Windows 10 Pro ISO and running the Spiceworks Decrapifier (https://community.spiceworks.com/scripts/show/4378-windows-10-decrapifier-18xx-19xx-2xxx https://community.spiceworks.com/scripts/show/4378-windows-1...), this works very well and creates a much cleaner installation that can still run Xbox games and install apps from the store.
