Most cities in Britain voted remain; since the population of London is higher than Scotland, should London have an independence referendum, especially since England doesn't have its' own parliament?

- smcl 4y agoIf there is a strong pro-London independence movement, and if London routinely elects a party whose defining policy is London's independence in the majority of seats in local and national elections then yes it absolutely should have a referendum.
