offtopic but I was looking at Xe's "salary transparency" page and they are paid quite a bit less than I was expecting. Hopefully they get RSUs too because their skillset is worth more than that.
- xena 4y agoI do get stock options at my current job. The price and amount are not listed because I don't know if revealing that breaks NDA or not. Startups that are pre liquid are weird. If you think I'm worth more, contact me with a job opportunity :)
