DT the parent company gets the $4B, not T-mobile USA. (which is actually $3B + spectrum)

  Presumably T-Mobile USA gets the spectrum, right? What would DT do with random spectrum in the USA outside of T-Mobile?

      In terms of selling or leasing, isn't the spectrum most valuable when combined with all of the other spectrum T-Mobile USA owns?
