I don’t know how common it is for entire project to be bullshit. But there are plenty of projects that have bullshit steps and processes in them. Like unnecessary user research for political reasons. Dumb unit test for code coverage. Breaking up releases into small chunks that end up creating more overhead and user frustration. It comes with the territory when you have dozens or hundreds of people on the project. I guess.
