It's delightful to see how Google is trying to explain its SERPS "black-box" now as opposed to say 10-15 years ago.
Correct me if I am wrong but it took a long time for them to share and explain how their ranking algorithm works and what it involves. We knew about links and keywords from the beginning.
Why are they doing this more and more now? I believe it's for educating publishers as well as for transparency.
