Nothing mentioned about pay in the article. Nice. I had a recruiter on my LinkedIn talking about how an ex-FAANG with 1.5 years of experience was trying to get a $200k+ salary at their org. This is what gives me pause on giving out a referral to my own org. $200K+ full remote is possible sure, but that is for staff level. I feel like many of these folks are going to be getting their hopes crushed with an expectations reset in the coming months.
