To expand on this idea a bit, I don’t even drink soda. I don’t really use most of the company perks, and I would probably succeed in a moderate version of Musk’s culture. And yet. I think those cultural artifacts are a sign that at the end of the day the company will treat will respect you, respect your work and treat you as a whole person.
