I have a friend who is a sommelier who told me that she could turn a $20 bottle of wine that I had into a $100 bottle. She took the wine from my hand, plonked it on the table and said "here is your $20 dollar wine". Then, she took it again, brought it behind her back, back around to the front, and presented it to me with two hands -- one hand under the main body of the bottle and one hand on the neck of the bottle. "Here is your $100 dollar wine, sir".
