I recently bought a Beelink U59 and set up Proxmox VE on it. I ended up running ~11 different VMs for my smart home set up, pi.hole, a local K8s cluster, etc. Now I have two Beelinks running in a two node cluster. I took notes on the entire set up and hope to write a blog or two detailing the setup.
