Are you going to let criminals publish their memoirs and profit from their criminal acts? Are you going to be able to force every family in the country to support that? Or to support books on subjects they find taboo? Are you going to distribute funds to 'A Reinterpretation of Mein kampf for the modern Anti-semitic'?
