Is there a difference between Phil Schiller leaving because Apple is probably the brand that cares most in the world about "brand safety" and Phil Schiller leaving because he may potentially block Twitter the app? There may be a be careful what you wish for if Musk fights this. Breaking up Apple's App store dominance would probably be better for marginalized apps but worse for dominant apps. I guess we'll wait to see which one Twitter is, but I imagine the bulk of people will still use Apple's app store, and Apple may be more rigid with their policies if multiple app stores are allowed.
