- cactusplant7374 4y agoI think OP is suggesting that the position could be filled locally. Should H1-B be used to fill junior or mid-level positions? Certainly these positions require a lot of training and development work on the part of the company hiring them. That certainly is an argument against the applicants being at a high skill level.
