- whythre 4y ago‘Biological alchemy’ is such a dumb name. Leprosy appears to be capable of rendering some infected cells into stem cells. That is a fascinating and potentially ground breaking capability for developing therapies… but calling this regenerative property ‘alchemy’ is just plain silly: it is imprecise and conflates science with little understood pseudo magic.
