How wrong was I. > which is that an insurance company selling directly would have a cost and convenience advantage over those paying brokers. Put it into software, to me it is about eliminating abstraction/boundary/communication. Frontend and backend is an invented boundary. Product and Dev is an invented boundary, CS/QA/Documentation and dev is also an invented boundary. Whoever break the most of the imaginary boundaries is going to make software building so much faster
