- rcMgD2BwE72F 4y agoI don't believe so. But please find a source that says that cryptography is at risk in France. It's easier to prove that laws are undermining than not.
- mlatu 4y agoold info, france used to restrict it somehow until 2004/2011 (idk what to make of this data) but it seems only exporting and importing is somehow regulated/special nowadays
