Outrage after a startup with Russian founders wins Slush pitch competition
- 2Gkashmiri 4y agoyeah, the so called "freedom loving democracies" which work until you toe their line. otherwise you are outcast, shunned and ridiculed. If the other party does the same, that is an act of war against democracy but when they do it, its "choice".... cool.... another argument. yemen has been decimated singlehandledly by saudi for years and literally nobody bats and eyelid. "strategic allies" is what they are called so whatever the saudis do is fine. Now, when Russia does the same thing, its "an act of aggression against democracies and the world must wake up against russain aggression" only reason being russia isn't cozy with the US. moral of the story, its "actually not about human rights" but a pissing contest where the humans are used as pawns
- throwaway0x7E6 4y agomaybe we should make russians wear identification badges. a patch? an armband?
- Normille 4y agoStars have always been popular. How's about a red star?
- akrymski 4y agoFirst we need to decide on the definition of "Russians". Is it anyone born in Russia or USSR? Anyone that speaks Russian? Anyone that holds a Russian passport? Has ever held one?
- throwaway0x7E6 4y agowe'll make a handy classification table. we have experts in the EU who had done that kind of thing before
- sn0w_crash 4y agoShould we fire every Russian engineer in the valley? How about force them to sign a declaration of some sort? /s
