Not an expert here either, but shouldn’t a weapon be considered in the context of a broader weapon system? And isn’t that entire system the result of the intended strategy and tactical reality? Like, my understanding is that this thing is intended for asymmetrical, clandestine cold-war type of use. Not for WW2 scale confrontation with territorial gain objectives.
