Going through it now. Signed a new 1 year lease. Realized I was living next to an Airbnb about 2 weeks into the new lease. Awful experience. Constant noise. Partying. Kids and babies crying. Leaves garbage outside their door. Cleaners making noise. Constant check ins and check outs. In general, the feeling that random strangers coming in and out is not a good one in a private residence condo building.
