- woodruffw 4y agoThe point is that it's bunk reasoning, the same kind that results in managers proudly proclaiming to have used two women to make a baby in only 4.5 months. The Pareto Principle in no way implies that you can just fire 80% of your employees and retain 80% of their "effect"; that's just not how tasking and scoping work.
