      Note that “many” doesn’t mean “all”. And expand your horizons outside of one country as the US doesn’t represent all of the human race. The epidemic of obesity and diabetes is mostly an American phenomenon.

          That list appears to support what I said. The United States is way ahead in obesity rates, compared to other western nations.
