This is a great start and raises a lot of questions, for example:
- 50 of 56 marijuana smokers in this study also used tobacco - how does this affect the results?
- How does frequency of use compare in the marijuana vs. tobacco cohort?
- How does smoking compare to vaping (both e-liquid for nicotine and thc, and dry herb for marijuana)?
- How would a filtered marijuana product affect these risks?
- ryanwaggoner 4y agoThat first point alone makes me distrust this study. Why go with such a shitty design that you can’t really conclude anything meaningful? It’s not that hard to find marijuana smokers who don’t smoke tobacco, and then you could have told us something interesting.
