It can be infuriating if you have a problem with Paypal or Google and they either blatantly ignore you or have focused all their UX skills on making it as hard as possible to find a way to contact them.
- markdown 4y agoEh, the company took their money and ghosted them. This is what Small Claims Tribunals are for. No lawyers needed. OP should easily be able to claw back their money (plus the cost to hire an Irish bailiff to serve papers on the director).
