The majority opinion was written by Scalia, joined by Souter, Thomas, Ginsburg, Breyer. With Dissent by Stevens, joined by Rehnquist, O'Connor, Kennedy Thomas is still on the court. I think Gorsuch is even more protective of due process than Scalia. I think the 3 liberals would vote to strike it down. That is 5. Robert’s, Kavanaugh, and Barret could go either way.
