I am not sure what these prices represent for Germany but it’s certainly not what the average guy pays for their energy. That’s certainly above 0.30€/kWh. Last time I checked for a new supplier (earlier this year) it was not easy to find something below 0.40€/kWh. Decided to stay with my current one that’s somewhere close to 38c Maybe it’s the price on the energy market payed by the utilities?
