I live in Scotland. Here’s my numbers for a detached 3 bedroom property. My wife works from home 2 days / week and we have one school age child. Usage: * 16,675 kWh / year Gas * 5,653 kWh / year Electricity My direct debit is currently set at £348 / month to cover this.
