- JofArnold 4y agoYeah. In Italy it's a different story though. We ended up with way too many black truffles last year than we knew what to do with. Helped to know the right people of course and clearly this hobbyist collection process doesn't scale. But for the locals and local restaurants they are well catered for... for a while.
