- rightbyte 4y agoAlso "Pig" with Nicolas Cage is surprisingly good. Not very truffle centric though.
- Avalaxy 4y agoAnd also not 'very sweet'. That movie left me thoroughly depressed, needing to watch a second movie right after, just to flush the sadness away.
- rwmj 4y agoIt's a great film, still available on BBC iPlayer: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m0016489/storyville-the-truffle-hunters https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m0016489/storyville-th... However there was a missed opportunity to end the film on the brilliantly directed scene of the gourmet eating the fried eggs with truffles. The perfect way to end a film about gathering truffles.
