I built image processing pipelines that have been used to follow patients throughout dozens if not hundreds of large clinical trials. Apart from that, I built autojump, a command line tool that accelerates navigation in the terminal. This in turn inspired z, zoxide, and other tools. A funny one is that I asked a few fairly basic questions when SO was still in its infancy. These turned out to have an enormous success. Some are still the authoritative page on the question.
