Elon's Twitter Poll: Reinstate Former President Trump?
- AnimalMuppet 4y ago"Reinstate"? That's kind of a weird word. I mean, yes, he was removed, but removed by him losing an election. He's not going to be "reinstated" by any process other than winning an election.
- serf 4y agothe poll is regarding Trump's Twitter account, not his presidency -- no?
- AnimalMuppet 4y agoD'oh. You are almost certainly right. I've seen too much drivel about "Trump really won" for too long. (By the way, if Trump really won in 2020, and has been the rightful president all this time, then constitutionally he can't run in 2024, since that would be a third term.)
- p-e-w 4y agoThe wording of the question seems intentionally ambiguous as to whether Trump should be "reinstated" to Twitter or to the Presidency.

- squarefoot 4y agoAfter estranging so many users who don't support his ideals, after closing the offices so that only his most loyal techies could enter, I would say the chances that poll is staged will be close to 100%. Not very different from the recent Russian referenda in Donbas, that after occupation and deportation of all "dissidents" could only end with full support of Russian occupation.

- rlt 4y agoMost likely redacted because it was only a phone number. I wonder if he had the foresight to leave off a name in case his texts were subpoenaed. My guess is Peter Thiel since he mentioned "A Blake Masters type"
