While I can't read German I think that page is estimating the cost to a two-person household in Berlin, and it also seems to various include promotional offers? I don't think that's an appropriate source.
- maverwa 4y agoTo be hones, promotional offers are a thing and a real problem in the market. It’s usually considered (at least under my peers) that changing your energy supplier often is worth it to collect all the „new customer bonus“ offers. But it’s not like that would could your bill in half. Maybe 10%?
- llampx 4y ago33.12c is the Grundversorgung (basic price) I put it here because even though I am not sure a new customer could get that price, it is still a lot more than what the article quotes as the German average price.
